Camellis Sinensis

All true tea is made from the top two leaves and bud of the Camellia Sinensis plant. If the leaf does not come from this plant (ie Rooibus and Herbal Tea), it is not a true tea. The different categories of tea (black, oolong, green, white) are the result of variations in the way the leaves are processed after they are harvested.
